Also, grapes and chocolate are a no no. Please check with your vet or google for more possible no no's. Some types of bones splinter when chewed so please be aware that the bone you are giving your dog is safe. My husband tried to give ham hocks a while back and although uncooked are safe he was surprised to find that cooked are not.
